Information we collect

If you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, subject, and message. The form also records your IP address and basic submission details to help prevent spam and protect the site. Our hosting and security systems may process technical information needed to operate the website.

How we use it

We use contact information to reply to your questions, provide customer support, maintain site security, and meet legal obligations. A contact-form message is not used to sign you up for marketing emails.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that host and secure the website, operate the contact form, deliver email, or maintain backups. These providers may process information on our behalf for those services. We do not publish your inquiry.

Our product links may take you to Amazon. If you follow a link, Amazon handles your visit under its own privacy practices; please review Amazon’s privacy notice for details.

Optional website analytics

Optional analytics is off by default. We estimate visitors and count page views and Amazon product-link clicks only after you select Allow analytics. Rejecting or withdrawing does not affect browsing or shopping. Use Privacy settings above to change your choice at any time; withdrawal stops future measurement and removes the local visitor identifier in this browser. Existing server visitor records expire under the retention schedule.

Our aggregate counter stores the date, page path, event, product ASIN, broad referral category, device category and totals on our server. With your renewed consent, we also store a random browser identifier locally for up to 90 days, and a keyed hash of that identifier with the date and page path on our server. Visitor records are scheduled for daily deletion once outside the most recent 90-day window. They estimate browsers, not identifiable people; switching devices or clearing storage can count you again. We do not store IP addresses, full referring URLs or form contents in analytics, and do not send these counts to Google Analytics. Amazon clicks are not purchases. Hosting and security logs are separate.

Your choice and the date of your choice are stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days, solely to remember your preference; this does not create a visitor tracking ID. After expiry we ask again. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals and keep optional analytics off when either is enabled. Clearing browser storage resets your choice.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages and related support correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then delete them unless an active issue or legal obligation requires longer. We keep form IP and basic security records for up to 90 days where practicable, then delete them unless needed to investigate abuse or protect the site.

Encrypted recovery backups may contain copies of information after it is removed from the live website or mailbox. Our current backup copies do not have a fixed automatic expiration date, so a copy may remain in backup storage until that backup is removed.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, subject to applicable law and necessary security or record-keeping needs. Contact us at support@jollito.com.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No website or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our practices change; the date above shows when it was last revised.
